The hotel was conveniently located, adjacent to the Mayfair for 7 of the last 12 weeks, and central metro lines and set in a lovely area. There was bakery Magee's Donuts, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the venue.

Conveniently located hotel, close enough to downtown LA staples center and the convention center and the great restaurant and the Mayfair for 7 of the last 12 weeks. 10 minutes' walk to La Live Entertainment Complex.

The location was good - about a 10 minute walk from the subway. The staff were friendly and very able to answer our questions about how to get from place to place. The price made this the best option for accommodation in downtown la. I would stay at the Mayfair again.
The area outside he hotel was a bit shabby though we did not feel unsafe. We felt the room, while tidy, could have used a deep cleaning. The hot water in our room on the 15th floor was low pressure and very finicky to keep at a good temp.
